Women’s Circles and Breathwork Classes
April Somatic Release Breathwork
SOLD OUT
Somatic Release Breathwork is an embodied, guided experience using circular connected breathing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection with your body.
This practice gently moves you out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the soma (body), creating space for suppressed emotions, stress, and stored tension to surface and move through.
There is no right or wrong way to do breathwork. Expression may look like stillness, tears, laughter, movement, or simply deep presence. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
Please review contraindications before registering.
April Sacred Rage: An In Person Women’s Circle
Gather with us as we honor and transmute our collective rage.
When anger is allowed to move through the body—not turned outward and not buried inside—it becomes clear, rooted strength. In this Sacred Rage Women’s Circle, we come together to honor anger as sacred information and a source of healthy power.
Through guided somatic release, reflection, and ritual, you’ll explore ways to express anger safely and intentionally—so it clears space for clarity rather than chaos. This is not about fixing or suppressing rage, but about listening to it, integrating it, and letting it move.
What to Expect:
Somatic release practices
Tools for healthy anger expression
Guided journaling and reflection
Grounding and integration ritual
This space is for women who are ready to feel, move, and transmute their fire into clarity and power. Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and more rooted in yourself.
Tea & Tell
Tea & Tell is a cozy, come as you are gathering centered around conversation, connection, and shared recommendations. Think of it as a reverse book club where you’re welcome to bring whatever you’ve been loving lately.
Books are great, but podcasts, movies, and music are just as welcome. Bring one recommendation or twenty, or simply come to listen.
No prep, no pressure, just good conversation. This is a free event, and you don’t need to be a “reader” to belong here.

Details and theme will be updated soon.
March Women’s Circle: Threshold, A Virtual Spring Equinox Gathering
The Spring Equinox marks a powerful turning point in the cycle of the year. It is the moment when day and night meet in perfect balance before the light begins to grow stronger. In many traditions this season was celebrated as Ostara, honoring renewal, new life, and the quiet awakening of the earth.
This virtual gathering is an invitation to pause at that threshold together.
As winter softens into spring, we also have the opportunity to notice what is shifting within us. What is ready to grow? What new energy, ideas, or desires are beginning to stir beneath the surface?
From the comfort of your own space, we will gather in reflection, guided ritual, and gentle conversation to honor this seasonal transition. Together we’ll take a moment to acknowledge what is ending, reconnect with ourselves, and set intentions for what we want to nurture in the season ahead.
You don’t need any prior experience with circles. Simply bring yourself as you are and a willingness to slow down long enough to listen inward.
What to bring:
A journal and pen
A candle or lighter (optional for our ritual)
A quiet space where you can settle in
Even though we’ll be meeting virtually, the intention remains the same: creating a space where women can pause, reconnect with themselves, and remember the wisdom they already carry.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
A circle is a protected space for adults (18+) to gather in connection, reflection, and personal development. We come together in vulnerability to be seen and heard, deepening our relationship with ourselves, one another, and the natural world.
-
Everything in circle is optional. Sharing is encouraged, but never required. You’ll be invited to check in with yourself and notice the difference between growth discomfort (something that gently stretches you) and red-flag discomfort (something that doesn’t feel safe or right). Both are honored here.
-
Not at all. You don’t need to believe anything specific or have prior experience. Curiosity, presence, and an open heart and mind are enough.
-
No. Circle is not therapy and does not replace mental health care. It is a complementary practice that offers community, embodiment, and shared humanity.
-
No. Rage release is contained, consent-based, and guided. It’s about expression and release, not harm to yourself or anyone else.
-
Some circles are women-only, while others are co-ed. This will always be clearly stated in the event description.
