Sacred Series | Sacred Rage - October in Person

Anger gets a bad reputation.

Many of us learned to swallow it, soften it, apologize for it, or wait until it comes out sideways. We may have learned that anger makes us difficult, dramatic, ungrateful, or too much. But anger can also carry information. It can show us where a boundary has been crossed, what matters to us, what needs our attention, and what we may no longer be willing to ignore.

Sacred Rage is a women’s circle for exploring anger differently. Not as something to get rid of, but as something we can learn to listen to.

Together we’ll use guided reflection, journaling, small-group sharing, embodied practices, emotional release, and ritual to explore questions like: What is my anger trying to tell me? What might it be protecting? What truth is asking to be heard?

This isn’t about letting anger run the show. Feeling something doesn’t mean we have to act on it. Instead, we’ll practice making room for anger, expressing it with choice, and getting curious about the information it carries.

Sacred Rage is part of The Sacred Series: Rage, Grief, Shame & Freedom. Each gathering is a complete experience on its own, so you’re welcome to attend just this circle. If you attend multiple gatherings, a deeper thread will build between them through recurring practices, ritual, and the questions we continue to carry forward.

No previous circle experience is necessary.

What to Expect

  • Guided reflection and journaling

  • Thoughtful discussion

  • Somatic and mindfulness practices

  • Meaningful ritual

  • A supportive community of women

Everything is invitational. You can opt in or out of any exercise, modify a practice, step out when you need to, or keep anything you’re carrying private. There is no pressure to share, perform, or have the “right” experience.

The Sacred Series | Rage. Grief. Shame. Freedom.

The Sacred Series is a four-part women’s circle experience exploring Rage, Grief, Shame, and Freedom at The Alley on Center.

Through guided reflection, journaling, small-group sharing, embodied practices, and ritual, we'll explore what our emotions can reveal about what is true, what mattered, what we've learned to hide, and where we have more freedom to choose how we live.

The series moves through four themes:

Sacred Rage | Truth — What is true?
Sacred Grief | Tenderness — What mattered?
Sacred Shame | Welcome — Can this be welcome, too?
Sacred Freedom | Authorship — Where am I already free?

Each gathering is designed as a complete experience, so you are welcome to attend one circle or the full series. Women attending multiple circles will experience a deeper thread connecting each gathering, culminating in Sacred Freedom.

No previous circle experience is necessary. Sharing and participation are always invitational, you are welcome to engage at the level that feels right for you.
