September | A WOMB CIRCLE IN THE CANYON
Maybe you’ve heard women talk about connecting to their womb and thought:
Okay…but how? Or even: What does that actually mean?
If so, then this circle is for you.
For most of us, our relationship with the womb has been talked about almost entirely through reproduction, menstruation, pregnancy, sex, hormones, or something that needs to be medically managed.
We don’t often get invited to simply notice it. To bring our attention there. To explore what we feel. To notice what we hold, what we’ve disconnected from, what wants expression, and what changes when we
slow down enough to listen.
That’s the beginning of womb work.
During this Womb Circle, we’ll gather outdoors in Smithfield Canyon and explore the womb space through guided grounding, reflection and journaling, voice and womb singing, somatic awareness, meaningful
ritual, and being witnessed in community with other women. You do not need to know how to “connect to your womb.” You don’t need to be spiritual enough, intuitive
enough, or experienced with this kind of work. You’re allowed to come curious.
And you do not need to have a physical womb to participate.
Womb work can include our relationship with the physical womb, but it can also explore the pelvic and womb space through sensation, emotion,
symbolism, voice, memory, creativity, and personal meaning. Come exactly as you are and discover what womb work means for you.

September Women's Circle | Smithfield Canyon
Every circle is different. The intention is the same: to create space to slow down, be witnessed, and return to yourself.
Once a month, we gather to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with ourselves and one another.
Each circle is centered around a different theme inspired by the season, the rhythms of life, and the experiences many women are quietly carrying. Together we'll slow down, reflect, share (if you choose), and participate in simple practices that invite greater awareness, emotional expression, and connection.
No experience is needed, and there is nothing you need to fix or achieve before coming. You're welcome exactly as you are.
What to Expect
Guided reflection and journaling
Thoughtful discussion
Gentle somatic and mindfulness practices
Meaningful ritual
A supportive community of women
Each month's theme, what to bring, and additional details will be announced as the event gets closer.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, craving deeper connection, or simply wanting to pause for an evening, there is a place for you here.
