Life is full of moments that deserve to be honored. Sacred Thresholds are custom rituals created to mark meaningful transitions—birthdays, grief, divorce, menopause, new beginnings, endings, or any moment when something in your life is shifting.
Together, we create intentional space to witness what has been, honor what is changing, and welcome what is coming next. These gatherings may include ritual, reflection, breathwork, journaling, or circle, depending on your needs.

No. These offerings are not therapy and do not replace mental health care or medical treatment. The work I offer is a somatic and personal growth practice focused on emotional release, embodiment, and connection.
While sessions may support emotional processing and self-awareness, they are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, or medical care. If you are currently working with a therapist or healthcare provider, this work can often complement that support.

Sacred Breathwork supports deeper nervous system regulation and emotional release through breath. If you’re navigating a life transition or want something tailored, a custom session may be the best place to start.
