Hi, I’m Cici Owens

I create spaces for people to feel what they were taught to silence.

Through Sacred Rage, circles, ritual, emotional release, and embodied practices, I guide people back to their bodies, their truth, and the parts of themselves they’ve disconnected from along the way.

My work centers around expression, embodiment, reconnection, and remembrance, especially for those carrying anger, grief, overwhelm, numbness, or the quiet ache of holding too much for too long.

I believe anger can be sacred. Grief can deepen us. And ordinary life holds extraordinary beauty when we finally have room to feel it.

My work is shaped by motherhood, memento mori, nervous system work, ritual, and the belief that we are meant to fully inhabit this human experience.

I live near the mountains in Cache Valley, Utah with my family.

Anger isn’t the enemy, disconnection is. Sacred Rage Circles create a safe, grounded space to give anger a voice and allow what’s been held to move through. Not to destroy, but to transform. Through guided expression and ritual, rage is honored as sacred energy and integrated into clarity, empowerment, and rooted presence. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

Circles & Rites of Passage

Circles & Rites of Passage are intentional spaces for connection, reflection, and being witnessed through life’s transitions. Through ritual, shared themes, and guided practices, these gatherings invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember what matters. People often leave feeling seen, supported, and more grounded in who they are and where they’re going.

Private Rituals for Release

Private Rituals for release are guided one-on-one or small group experiences for those wanting a more personal and private space for emotional expression, support, and connection through life’s transitions, grief, anger, and growth.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A circle is a protected space for adults (18+) to gather in connection, reflection, and personal development. We come together in vulnerability to be seen and heard, deepening our relationship with ourselves, one another, and the natural world.

  • Everything in circle is optional. Sharing is encouraged, but never required. You’ll be invited to check in with yourself and notice the difference between growth discomfort (something that gently stretches you) and red-flag discomfort (something that doesn’t feel safe or right). Both are honored here.

  • Not at all. You don’t need to believe anything specific or have prior experience. Curiosity, presence, and an open heart and mind are enough.

  • No. Circle is not therapy and does not replace mental health care. It is a complementary practice that offers community, embodiment, and shared humanity.

  • No. Rage release is contained, consent-based, and guided. It’s about expression and release, not harm to yourself or anyone else.

  • Some circles are women-only, while others are co-ed. This will always be clearly stated in the event description.
