Sacred Series | Sacred Freedom - January in Person
What if you have more freedom than you think you do?
There are things in our lives we genuinely cannot control. Circumstances, responsibilities, other people’s choices, the past, our bodies, systems we live within, and very real limitations can shape what is possible for us.
Sacred Freedom isn’t about pretending those things don’t exist or suggesting that every limitation can be changed with a better mindset.
It’s about getting curious about the other constraints: the expectations we’ve internalized, rules we inherited, identities we think we have to maintain, permission we’re waiting for, and places where “I can’t” might sometimes mean “I can, but I’m afraid,” “I can, but someone may not like it,” or “I never realized this was mine to choose.”
Sacred Freedom is a women’s circle for exploring the difference between what is not ours to control and where choice is already ours.
Together we’ll ask: What isn’t mine to choose? What is mine to choose? Where might I already be more free than I realized? Where is the pen still in my hand?
Freedom here doesn’t mean controlling every plot point of your life. It means recognizing where you still have authorship—and deciding what you want to do with it.
Sacred Freedom is part of The Sacred Series: Rage, Grief, Shame & Freedom. Each gathering is a complete experience on its own, so you can attend even if this is your first circle. For women who have attended previous gatherings, Sacred Freedom also brings together the deeper thread we’ve been following through truth, tenderness, and welcome.
Whether it’s your first gathering or your fourth, the next part is yours to write.
What to Expect

The Sacred Series | Rage. Grief. Shame. Freedom.
The Sacred Series is a four-part women’s circle experience exploring Rage, Grief, Shame, and Freedom at The Alley on Center.
Through guided reflection, journaling, small-group sharing, embodied practices, and ritual, we'll explore what our emotions can reveal about what is true, what mattered, what we've learned to hide, and where we have more freedom to choose how we live.
The series moves through four themes:
Sacred Rage | Truth — What is true?
Sacred Grief | Tenderness — What mattered?
Sacred Shame | Welcome — Can this be welcome, too?
Sacred Freedom | Authorship — Where am I already free?
Each gathering is designed as a complete experience, so you are welcome to attend one circle or the full series. Women attending multiple circles will experience a deeper thread connecting each gathering, culminating in Sacred Freedom.
No previous circle experience is necessary. Sharing and participation are always invitational, you are welcome to engage at the level that feels right for you.
