The Sacred Series | Rage. Grief. Shame. Freedom.
A four-part women’s circle series. Four doorways into a deeper relationship with yourself.
The Sacred Series is a four-part women’s circle experience exploring Sacred Rage, Sacred Grief, Sacred Shame, and Sacred Freedom.
Together, we'll make room for parts of ourselves women are often taught to silence, rush past, hide, or hand over to someone else.
We’ll listen to the truth inside our anger.
Honor what mattered enough to grieve.
Practice welcoming the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to judge or hide.
And explore where we may have more freedom to author our own lives than we realized.
This isn't about getting rid of anger, moving on from grief, eliminating shame, or pretending we have control over everything that happens to us.
It's about building a different relationship with ourselves.
Listening to ourselves.
Honoring ourselves.
Welcoming ourselves.
And recognizing where the pen is still in our hands.
Each gathering includes guided reflection, journaling, small-group sharing, embodied practices, ritual, and the experience of being witnessed alongside other women.
Come for one or experience the whole series.
Each Sacred Series circle is a complete experience on its own. You don't need to attend the first circle to come to the second, third, or fourth.
But for women who attend multiple gatherings, a thread will build between them.
Each circle goes a little deeper, with recurring practices and a physical red thread connecting your experiences along the way.
There is no homework to keep up with and no falling behind.
Begin wherever you are.
The Four Circles
SACRED RAGE | TRUTH
What is true?
Explore anger as information and what it may be protecting, revealing, or asking you to notice.
SACRED GRIEF | TENDERNESS
What mattered?
Make room for the losses, changes, hopes, relationships, and versions of yourself that deserve to be acknowledged because they mattered.
SACRED SHAME | WELCOME
Can this be welcome, too?
Explore the parts of yourself you've learned to judge, hide, or reject and practice meeting yourself with the same welcome we offer one another in circle.
SACRED FREEDOM | AUTHORSHIP
Where am I already free?
Acknowledge the things you truly cannot control while exploring the places where you may have more choice than you realized and where you're ready to pick up the pen in your own life.
Attend one circle or join us for all four.
You don't need to arrive with answers.
You don't even need to know which part of you needs this yet.
Come as you are.
The Sacred Series | Rage. Grief. Shame. Freedom.
The Sacred Series is a four-part women’s circle experience exploring Rage, Grief, Shame, and Freedom at The Alley on Center.
Through guided reflection, journaling, small-group sharing, embodied practices, and ritual, we'll explore what our emotions can reveal about what is true, what mattered, what we've learned to hide, and where we have more freedom to choose how we live.
The series moves through four themes:
Sacred Rage | Truth — What is true?
Sacred Grief | Tenderness — What mattered?
Sacred Shame | Welcome — Can this be welcome, too?
Sacred Freedom | Authorship — Where am I already free?
Each gathering is designed as a complete experience, so you are welcome to attend one circle or the full series. Women attending multiple circles will experience a deeper thread connecting each gathering, culminating in Sacred Freedom.
No previous circle experience is necessary. Sharing and participation are always invitational, you are welcome to engage at the level that feels right for you.
Sacred Series | Sacred Rage
Anger gets a bad reputation.
Many of us learned to swallow it, soften it, apologize for it, or wait until it comes out sideways. We may have learned that anger makes us difficult, dramatic, ungrateful, or too much. But anger can also carry information. It can show us where a boundary has been crossed, what matters to us, what needs our attention, and what we may no longer be willing to ignore.
Sacred Rage is a women’s circle for exploring anger differently—not as something to get rid of, but as something we can learn to listen to.
Together we’ll use guided reflection, journaling, small-group sharing, embodied practices, and ritual to explore questions like: What is my anger trying to tell me? What might it be protecting? What truth is asking to be heard?
This isn’t about letting anger run the show. Feeling something doesn’t mean we have to act on it. Instead, we’ll practice making room for anger, expressing it with choice, and getting curious about the information it carries.
Sacred Rage is part of The Sacred Series: Rage, Grief, Shame & Freedom. Each gathering is a complete experience on its own, so you’re welcome to attend just this circle. If you attend multiple gatherings, a deeper thread will build between them through recurring practices, ritual, and the questions we continue to carry forward.
No previous circle experience is necessary.
