Women’s Circles & Breathwork Classes in Logan, Utah

Rituals for Release by Cici Owens

Hi, I’m Cici Owens

I facilitate circles, breathwork, and gatherings that help people come back to themselves through connection, ritual, and community. My work is rooted in the belief that everyday life holds its own kind of ordinary magic when we slow down enough to notice it. I hold a quiet practice in memento mori and everyday wonder. I live near the mountains in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah, with my family.

You Have an Innate Ability to Heal Yourself…

Healing is not something you earn or perform. It is something you remember.

Through breath, ritual, and shared presence, these offerings are designed to help you move out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body, where clarity, release, and truth already live.

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about witnessing and being witnessed. It’s about creating a deeper connection with yourself, with community, and with nature.

Rituals for Release

Practices for emotional clearing, embodied presence, and coming home to yourself.

Somatic Breathwork

Somatic Breathwork is an inward journey that uses intentional, circular connected breathing and music to support emotional release and nervous system regulation. This embodiment practice helps clear suppressed stress and emotion, soften the mind, and reconnect you to your body’s innate wisdom. Each session is held gently, with space for grounding and integration afterward. This allows clarity and relief to arise naturally.

Sacred Rage Circles

Anger isn’t the enemy, disconnection is. Sacred Rage Circles create a safe, grounded space to give anger a voice and allow what’s been held to move through. Not to destroy, but to transform. Through guided expression and ritual, rage is honored as sacred energy and integrated into clarity, empowerment, and rooted presence. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

Circles & Gatherings

Circles are intentional spaces for connection, reflection, and being witnessed. Through ritual, guided meditation, shared themes, and group dialogue, these gatherings invite you to slow down and return to what matters. Each circle offers a container for vulnerability, presence, and community. This supports deeper connection with yourself, others, and the rhythms of everyday life.

What My Clients Are Saying

“I didn’t realize how much I had been holding until I was given permission to feel it. The space Cici holds is gentle, grounded, and incredibly safe. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself than I had in a long time.”

— Camille H.

I’ve had the pleasure of doing breathwork, circle, and tea and tell with Cici. Let me just tell you, she always manages to make everything feel safe and magical all at once.

She is such an incredible person to be around and has a beautiful ability to hold space for others. I’m constantly in awe of how she facilitates in group settings and always leave feeling so grateful I made time for it! She is an absolute treasure and her only fault (that I’m aware of) is that she lives too far away from me… 😜

— McKell S.

“I truly believe that every person can benefit from the beautiful work Cici does.

I have been to many of her Women's Circles and each one is a beautiful, safe, cathartic, healing, wonderful experience.

Cici is always knowledgeable and prepared. Her attention to detail, as well as her intention and love for each soul present, is evident in each circle and class.

There is no judgement for where you are in your journey. Cici accepts and loves every part of you. She helps you connect deeply to your body and your own wisdom, providing a space where healing and growth can occur.

So just do it. Try a class. Come to a circle. It will be the best thing you've done for yourself in a long time. 💗”

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A circle is a protected space for adults (18+) to gather in connection, reflection, and personal development. We come together in vulnerability to be seen and heard, deepening our relationship with ourselves, one another, and the natural world.

  • Everything in circle is optional. Sharing is encouraged, but never required. You’ll be invited to check in with yourself and notice the difference between growth discomfort (something that gently stretches you) and red-flag discomfort (something that doesn’t feel safe or right). Both are honored here.

  • Not at all. You don’t need to believe anything specific or have prior experience. Curiosity, presence, and an open heart and mind are enough.

  • No. Circle is not therapy and does not replace mental health care. It is a complementary practice that offers community, embodiment, and shared humanity.

  • No. Rage release is contained, consent-based, and guided. It’s about expression and release, not harm to yourself or anyone else.

  • Some circles are women-only, while others are co-ed. This will always be clearly stated in the event description.
